Double Bedrooms

We have 3 Double Bedrooms available at the Waiau Motor Camp.

The double rooms are equipped with made up double bed, couches and are complete with linen supplied,  fridge and tea coffee making facilities. All the double bedrooms have internal doors to the adjoining bunk room.  1 of the double bedrooms also has a fold out sofa bed. There is a communal kitchen, dining room and TV lounge.  Seperate mens and womens showers. 

Waiau Motor Camp is  wheelchair accessible. We also provide a fully equipped communal kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and all other normal kitchenware. We also have a Dining room / TV lounge, playground, separate toilet and shower facilities, coin operated washing machine and dryer, BBQ, & dump station.

Cut lunches and cooked meals are available on request (24 hours notice required).

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement (dogs to kept tied up at all times).

The Waiau river is famous for it's salmon and trout fishing.  The local golf course is situated approximately 5 k's from town.  Mt Lyford ski field, ice skating and horse trekking are approximately 15 minutes drive from the motor camp.

Meals are available (24 hours notice required).

Prices are:

$35-00 for 1 person
$55-00 for 2 people
Rooms sleep up to 4 people. Extra adults: $20 each per night. Children (5 to 13 years) are $15.00 for the first child and $5.00 for each additional child per night. Under 5's free when accompanied by adults.

Waiau is a small friendly country town which boasts a supermarket, 2 garages and a Hotel / Lodge.

THE MOTORCAMP DOES NOT HAVE EFTPOS OR CREDIT CARD FACILITIES.
