Bunk Rooms

We have 9 Bunk Rooms available at the Waiau Motor Camp.

Bunk rooms are equipped with a set of double bunks made up with sheets, blankets, pillows, duvets and towels. Communal kitchen, dining room and TV lounge.   3 of the bunk rooms have an internal door to the ajoining double bedroom.

Waiau Motor Camp is  wheelchair accessible. We also provide a fully equipped communal kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and all other normal kitchenware. We also have a Dining room / TV lounge, playground, separate toilet and shower facilities, coin operated washing machine and dryer, BBQ,  & dump station.

Cut lunches and cooked meals are available on request (24 hours notice required).

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement (dogs to kept tied up at all times).

The Waiau river is famous for it's salmon and trout fishing.  The local golf course is situated approximately 5 k's from town.  Mt Lyford ski field, ice skating and horse trekking are approximately 15 minutes drive from the motor camp.

Meals are available (24 hours notice required).

Prices are:

$25.00 for single adult, $35.00 for two adults per night. Children (5 to 13 years) are $15.00 for first child and $5.00 for each additional child per night. Under 5's free when accompanied by adults.

THE MOTORCAMP DOES NOT HAVE EFTPOS OR CREDIT CARD FACILITIES.
